#Hipstermania

Hipster

Every day we live with that word. Where it came from? What’s the meaning of this word and why it has become fashion? We hope to answer to these questions in this article.

The term hipster or hepcat, appeared in the early 40s. The hipsters of that time were the jazz funs and especially bepop’s. They adopted the life style of the jazz singers. They reject anything related to the established culture

The very first hipster idol was the actor James Dean. Everything “hipster” is based on his style.

Hipster is that who love’s alternative music, classic cinema and he/she is obsessed with anything vintage. A hipster always care’s about his appearance. Well looking hair and a little disheveled; clothes always carefully selected; a hipster loves the prints, the narrow trousers and the brogues.

Finally, we focus on stubble; “the trademark” of a male hipster. We are full of men with stubble, but some of you are a little confused. Some time I think that you have as stubble-icon the archbishop!! The best solution to stubble-troubles is a barber!! His is a specialist who can give you helpful advices.

Either you are likers or haters; one thing is certain! The hipster’s fashion is here with many followers. Why is that? Maybe because this term reflects some of the values and ideals of an era that always fascinated us; it also introduces new ideas that may change some outdated and stereotypical ones.  Hipsters… we love you ;)
