Care for....men

There are many articles about woman care, but less about man care.  Well, girls go to another article!! Unless if you want ideas for gifts. 

At first we have two types of men: 

·         Men who spend time for their daily care.

·         Men who don’t have the time because of work or because they think that it’s boring to stand in front of the mirror more than 5 minutes.

OH! I almost forgot!! I will also give you some cheap tips to save some money.

A.Facial cleansing.  The alpha and the omega for a beautiful face is the cleansing. It has to be twice a day. Once in the morning (to revive our skin) and once in the night (to clean our skin from the pollutants of the day). I recommend medical cleansing gels. You will find them only in pharmacies. (The best is Effaclar by La Roche Posay). There are also natural soap bars, if you want to save some money. Lastly for those who shaved; remember shaving comes after the cleansing. 

B. Hydration. Either before or after the soap, the key is hydration. A hydrating cream is capable to shine the tired skin and also to give a healthy look. Those who have oily skin choose a cream, for that skin type. 

C. PEELING. Most times daily cleansing is not enough. The peeling is the only solution! I recommend it twice a week (depending to the product). It is essential for skin with intense sebum. So for deep cleansing use face scrub. The scrub can cause irritation so use natural products if you have sensitive skin! If you want to save some money follow this : add a spoon of sugar in your cleansing gel and…. Voilà!!! you have a scrub!! Always remember: after the peeling HYDRATION!!

D. Bags and black circles under the eyes.  It can happen to anyone. The solution? After your night cleansing and before you go to bed, apply under the eyes the “Homme Diopti Contour Des Yeux” cream, by Lierac while making light massage for 3 minutes.  

For men without time :

·         Cleansing once or twice a day.

·         Hydration

·         A small bottle of spring water by Avène (Eau Thermale ). Spray your face when you want to feel fresh and hydrate your skin.  I recommend this for those who are missing from home many hours.
